Make it a sweet Valentine’s Day!

Valentine’s Day would not be the same without chocolate. Rich in antioxidants, it’s time to savor this heart healthy treat. Before you devour an entire chocolate bar, remember that quality and the percentage of cocoa matters. In most cases the higher the percentage of cocoa, or the darker the chocolate, the lower the sugar content. I still recommend reading the label to find out for yourself.
