Green Goddess Dressing by REAP Wellness
About 1 pint of dressing
Juice of 2 limes
1/2 cup cup basil
1/2 cup cilantro, including stems
2 garlic cloves
half an avocado
1 teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water to thin
- Peel and roughly chop your garlic and scallions.
- Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor and blend. If too thick, add more water until it reaches your preferred consistency.
- Store in the fridge; will keep for 4-5 days.
