I can’t think of an easier way to get in some good nutrition and sweetness! I love this recipe because of its versatility. You won’t go wrong no matter the fruit, nuts, or seeds you use.  The sky is the limit with this recipe! 

Fruit & Nut Yogurt Bark


  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Medium bowl
  • Measuring cups/spoons


  • 32 ounces full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen fruit of choice berries, peaches, pineapple, mango, banana (If using larger pieces of fruit, slice or chop into bite-size pieces)
  • 1/3 cup nuts of choice chopped (pistachios, almonds, pecans, walnuts)
  • ¼ cup seeds of choice sunflower, pepitos, etc.


  • Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Stir yogurt, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla in a medium bowl until well blended.
  • Fold in the fruit, nuts, and seeds until evenly distributed.
  • Spread mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Freeze until very firm, at least 3 hours.
  • To serve, cut or break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.


Be sure to enjoy the bark right away as the yogurt will start to melt!
