  • Shopping Tip: Buy pre-packaged arils in the refrigerated produce section to save time. ; Make it a Spring or Summer Salad by swapping out the winter fruits for berries, peaches, grapes, or melons.
  • Budget Swap: Use canned mandarin oranges (packed in juice, not syrup) instead of fresh, and swap pomegranate arils for diced grapes or berries.
  • Storage Tip: This salad is best enjoyed fresh, but you can refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 day. To keep it vibrant longer, add the bananas just before serving to prevent browning, and give the salad a gentle toss before eating.
