Dear Friends of Unite for HER,
Where do I begin…so much growth and good news has surrounded Unite for HER this past year, and once again we have our supportive local community to thank for that. I wish I could thank each of you personally, and please know that this e-mail brings a very warm and grateful heart attached to it.
We continue to receive testimonies from our patients that inspire us and validate the vision and outreach we strive to achieve at Unite for HER.

What a emotional and extremely blessed month we have had at Unite for HER (UFH) and I want to take time to thank all the schools, businesses, families, coaches, faculty and students that got their PINK ON and united across Chester County for their loved ones affected by breast cancer. You truly brought meaning to our tag line “Go Pink or Go Home!” (Thanks,
It is with great pleasure that I welcome Alison Donely to our team of Unite for HER contributors. Alison is remarkable in her field, sought after by many to speak, sharing her knowledge and experience. But to me, Alison is a very dear and close friend who helped me tremendously through my own personal breast cancer journey.
Her professional and compassionate approach to healing the ‘whole body’ is one I still embrace today.
About 10 days ago I embarked on the wheatgrass journey to see how easy, convenient and balanced it would make me feel. I also felt that just having my opinion was not good enough. We needed some ’20 Somethings’ to see if it would work with their lifestyle and if they felt it was worthwhile.
After all, it’s all about prevention and being knowledgeable these days and forming habits for a lifetime.
Dear friends of UFH- it is time!
Time to take a serious look at the number of toxins and chemicals that you come in contact with in your home every day. I actually thought about this post while I was away on vacation and realized how easy it is to get out of your routine with the products you use daily. Vacation is one thing- no worries there.
Welcome to our educational blog! My name is Sue Weldon, and I’m the founder and president of Unite for HER. Through my own personal breast cancer journey, I learned how to educate myself, on many levels, about different healing disciplines and therapies. This path led me to becoming fully restored in body, mind and spirit. Now I have the opportunity to share the knowledge I have gained with all of you.
