On February 16, 2022, the PDPH announced a tiered system for determining COVID-19 safety mandates. Based on this system, Philadelphia is currently classified as Level 2, “Mask Precautions” only, ending the requirement for a proof of COVID-19 vaccination to enter establishments that serve food or beverages in the city. In keeping with the current Level 2 “Mask Precautions” guidelines, events taking place at the Pennsylvania Convention Center are no longer required to obtain proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to permit access into food and beverage areas within the facility.
