Use your passport to register for weekly deliveries of fresh vegetables from FarmboxRx.
PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE WILL NOW USE 3 SQUARES ON YOUR PASSPORT.
You will receive 6 weeks of vegetables delivered directly to your home. If your box arrives damaged or the vegetables are unusable, please email Michele at farmbox@uniteforher.org with a picture of the box and/or produce as soon as possible so we can notify FarmboxRX.
A replacement box will be offered only to participants who submit pictures within the same week as the delivery. Replacement boxes will not be offered for previous weeks’ deliveries or if pictures are not provided.
We’re sorry, but we are unable to skip weeks. Cancellations or address changes need to be made by 12 PM on Monday of the previous week.
