Unite for HER’s free Wellness Programs educate patients about integrative cancer care and provide them with access to supportive services and resources at no personal cost.
Our Wellness Programs educate patients on how to build an individualized supportive care plan and are designed to support the following conditions:
Early Stage Breast Cancer
Metastatic Breast Cancer
Male Breast Cancer
Ovarian Cancer
Recurrent Ovarian Cancer

All applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received. All applicants will receive email communications notifying them of their application status and program details.

Those who qualify for our Wellness Programs will receive a care box filled with educational resources, safe home and beauty products, and access to live and recorded digital resources–at no personal cost.
Program acceptance is dependent on funding availability.
Wellness Passport Program
- For those diagnosed with breast or ovarian cancer in the past 18 months

All Unite for HER funding from donations, sponsorships, and grants goes directly toward the members we serve. No funding is gifted directly to our hospital partners. Our trusted hospital partners support us in recruiting women for our programs.

Wellness Passport Program
Through the Unite for HER Wellness Program you will learn about the benefits of integrative therapies and create a personal plan for incorporating these services into your treatment, including:
- Acupuncture*
- Exercise
- Reiki
- Meditation and Mindfulness
- Nutrition
- Oncology Massage Therapy*
- Professional Counseling
- Sexual Health Counseling
- Yoga
The Wellness Program is delivered directly to patient and contains a Wellness Passport valued at $2,000 of integrative therapies and services.
*These services are only available in PA, NJ, and DE
Extended Wellness Passport Program
Members will learn about the benefits of integrative therapies and create a personal care plan for incorporating these services into their treatment, including:
- Acupuncture*
- Exercise
- Reiki
- Meditation and Mindfulness
- Nutrition
- Oncology Massage Therapy*
- Professional Counseling
- Sexual Health Counseling
- Yoga
Each member receives a renewable Wellness Passport valued at $2,000 of integrative therapies and services.
Passports are renewable every six months for life.

Wellness Surviorship Program
Through the Unite for HER Wellness Survivorship Program you will learn about the benefits of integrative therapies and create a personal plan for incorporating these services into your treatment, including:
- Exercise
- Reiki
- Meditation and Mindfulness
- Nutrition
- Yoga
All members will receive a care box containing educational materials and resources, healthy products, and access to digital resources (live and recorded).

Each program has specific requirements, so please have your diagnosis, diagnosis date, and address ready before applying.

Step 2: Receive Your Care Box
Once your application has been accepted, a care box will be delivered to your home.
Packed with love by our team of volunteers, each box contains safe beauty and home products, educational resources, and additional information on your Wellness Program.
Step 3: Attend Virtual Wellness Orientation
Join us online to meet our team, review items in your box, and and learn how to access all the benefits of your program.
Instructions on how to attend your orientation will be emailed to you.
Step 4: Access and Enjoy Your Wellness Program Benefits
