Nourishing our body and mind is a potent form of self care. The foods we choose to consume do so much more for us than simply give us energy to get through our busy days. Our choices contribute to overall wellness and provide us with so many healing properties.

Our approach to food and nutrition is one of abundance. In other words, we don’t focus on the “bad” foods or center our message on what a person should be eating less of. In fact, it’s the very opposite. We help our community shift their intention to the foods they want to make more room for in their meals, on their plates and in their overall life. This shift means our Registered Dietitians will meet you where you are and provide guidance that will work for you and your family.

Monthly Virtual Cooking Classes

Engage and learn in a virtual, small group session with one of our Registered Dietitians, who will demonstrate a menu of healthy dishes and answer all your cooking questions.

Nutrition Support Group

Join the registered dietitian team and fellow Unite for HER members as you learn how to add more plants to your diet. Over the course of 6 weeks, you’ll learn about the different nutritious plant foods, how to add them in, and have all your plant-forward questions answered!
