Michelle Stortz, Yoga for Healing

Michelle is a certified yoga therapist specializing in cancer and chronic illness. She works in numerous medical settings in the Philadelphia area and enjoys designing custom yoga programs that anyone can do regardless of ability. Michelle also teaches meditation, drawing on both the Buddhist tradition and the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction curriculum. Sarah Murphy, Transformative Therapy

Sarah Murphy is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Transformative Therapy in Bryn Mawr, PA. She has been helping clients create happier lives for more than a decade. Sarah specializes in individual therapy, couples counseling, and counseling for people with serious or chronic illness. Sarah has been a provider with Unite for HER since 2013, and joined the staff part-time in 2021.

Sarah uses a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach in her therapy work. She draws on mindfulness, meditation, energy psychology, hypnotherapy, as well as cognitive and insight oriented talk therapy.
