Path to Healing Grant

The Path to Healing Grant is available to women and men living in the Philadelphia area who have been diagnosed with breast cancer within the last 18 months, have experienced a recurrence, or have received a metastatic diagnosis. If you are a breast cancer patient receiving treatment at a non-partner hospital and are interested in pursuing complementary therapies, please consider our Path to Healing Grant for financial support in paying for those expenses. We accept grant applications on a first-come basis throughout the year. Unite for HER has awarded each of the 67 grant recipients with $2,000 worth of therapies through this program.

Our Path to Healing Grant is designed to introduce breast cancer patients to therapies that can help restore their health, while easing the financial burden of paying for those beneficial treatments. In collaboration with area professionals and physicians, we will provide funding for women to receive treatments, enabling them to renew their body, mind and spirit, which is crucial for becoming fully healed. To review the grant requirements, please carefully read the linked documents below.

The therapies helped tremendously. I chose Reiki and acupuncture, and it made such a difference in the quality of my life. I continue to utilize Reiki in my life, and I find it extremely valuable.

Pink Unity Grants

Unite for HER and GK Elite Sportswear have partnered to offer the Pink Unity Grant program, created to ease the emotional and financial burden experienced by USAG and NCAA gymnasts, coaches, judges and their families due to breast cancer. We are proud to say that as of early this year, we have awarded $60,000 in Pink Unity Grants.

We have rolling submissions for these grants, so qualified applicants may apply anytime throughout the year. Unite for HER is grateful for the unwavering and generous support the gymnastics community has shown our organization, and are pleased this grant program allows us to give back to those in need.
