Still Rise Farms & Unite for HER Wellness Day
November 1, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 1494 Birch Lane, Perkasie, PA 18944

Join us for a rejuvenating day of empowerment and evidence-based wellness at Still Rise Farms, a program of Still Rise Foundation, tailored for individuals navigating breast and ovarian cancer, chronic illness, and for the clinicians who support them.
Engage in informative sessions covering topics such as innovations in cancer research, treatment, and care; navigating health disparities; and supporting nutrition, mental health, and sexual well-being. Still Rise Farms is designed for hands-on, experiential learning—so you won’t just learn, you’ll experience wellness in action through meditation, yoga, fishing, gardening, massage, and other immersive indoor and outdoor activities across our 40-acre retreat.
This event has limited capacity; so we kindly ask that you be mindful of others when registering. If you have attended this event in the past, we encourage you to consider allowing someone who has not yet had the opportunity to participate to join this session.

Cooking Up Conversations: Nutrition Talk Between Patients and Providers
A live cooking demo paired with open dialogue between cancer patients and medical students. While a simple, nutrient-focused recipe from Sue Weldon’s Heal, Empower and Restore book is prepared, attendees talk honestly about a topic often skipped in the exam room: food. Patients share what’s been hard to bring up with their care team; medical students practice listening and questioning that helps patients feel heard. Patients leave with practical takeaways; future doctors leave with a clearer sense of what patients need from them.
