IMPORTANT UPDATE:  Due to vendor supply shortage, Prepared & Ready Meals are currently unavailable. This option will resume once sufficient supply to reliably fulfill orders is established. In the interim, Meal Kits will be offered instead. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding! 

HOW THE SUNBASKET PROGRAM WORKS

• Sunbasket is a meal delivery program for Unite for HER’s active Wellness Passport Program Members.
• Sunbasket orders are placed on the UFH member portal (click on pink box to the right to be redirected to the portal).
• Sunbasket orders are not recurring.
• Each Sunbasket order uses one (1) square on your passport.
• Each Sunbasket order consists of three (3) meals with ~two (2) servings each.
• We are unable to modify individual orders. Menu items cycle through themes of Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, General, and Fresh & Ready. Please watch for a week that suits your individual needs.
• Unite for HER does not have access to Sunbasket shipment tracking. (Sunbasket does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.)
• Shipment processing begins on Fridays and deliveries occur during the following seven (7) days. 
• If your box has not arrived within seven (7) days of the shipment processing date, please email sunbasket@uniteforher.org
• A Sunbasket order is delivered in one (1) box, packed with 24 hours of cooling ice. 
• Temperatures exceeding 100F may shorten the life of the cooling ice. Please be diligent in checking your order if you live in a warm climate.

PROGRAM POLICIES

• Cancellations or address changes must be made by the week order deadline (midnight every Sunday).  For help, please email sunbasket@uniteforher.org
• Order discrepancies reported, more than one (1) month after expected delivery, will not be refunded.
• For damages to your package/contents, please email and provide a photo of the damaged contents to sunbasket@uniteforher.org
