We have many options for you to get involved throughout the year. Whether you like to help with events, want to serve at Wellness Days, help organize materials at our office, or contribute in new and unique ways, we value your donation of time and talent to help us fulfill our mission. Student community service hours opportunities are often available as well.

Volunteers Needed

  • Virtual Wellness Programs

As many of you know we have been hosting wellness programs on a virtual platform.  We are preparing for the Fall Wellness Program and with that we will be sending to registered participants a Wellness HER Care box.  The HER care box consists of Acure products, books and educational materials.

The areas where we could use your help:

    • Assembling education packets (at home work)
    • Collating information sheets and welcome letter (at home work)
    • Assembling HER care boxes (in office work)

For at home work, volunteers are asked to pick up materials and drop off to the UFH office.

One or two staff members may be in the office.  To maintain a safe environment, safety protocols are to be followed such as wearing a mask and maintaining social distance from anyone in the office. Additional safety protocol will be posted in the office along with face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes.
